I started this blog purely because I always loved to write. I was the geeky kid in school who was thrilled when we were assigned a report. You know, the one kids will pay to do the report for them. Yes, I made a couple bucks back then.
I really want to thank everyone who has commented on my posts or just stopped by to read, but there are just a few people in particular who I'd like to individually thank. They've become like an online family to me, and I'd like to acknowledge them:
- Clay at Bungalow Bill's Conservative Wisdom -- I stumbled across his site purely by accident (or divine intervention) during a Google search on a subject I now forget. He was gracious enough to allow for some pretty lengthy comments coming from yours truly on a variety of topics. That reignited my passion for writing. He is what I aspire to be in the blogosphere.
- Tim at Left Coast Rebel -- Tim has kinda been my technical mentor. He's given me suggestions anytime I've asked, and I know he's just an email away should I feel the need for guidance. Should I gain any popularity whatsoever, it will be because of his suggestions to me about how to increase traffic here. And he's cute too!!! :-D
- KOOK and Andrew33 (Joel) at K.O.O.K.'s Manifesto -- These guys are the fun-loving, wacky family I never had. Their humor and levity always make me smile. And the humor is just edgy and intelligent enough to fit in with my twisted sense of humor. They've also been gracious enough to feature some of my posts on their blog. They are my Xanax.
And for those of you who enjoyed yesterday's entitlement post: check back later. We're going for a ride!
