To the NYC Mosque Supporters

Dear Liberals:

There has been a lot of uproar lately over a proposed mosque to be built near the sacred ground forever known as Ground Zero. You know, the same place where over 3,000 innocent people were burned, crushed, and jumped to a certain death after 19 jihadists decided to declare war on Western civilization. While most sensible people see this as an insult to what those who died on September 11, 2001, there are those of you in the 'Kumbaya' crowd who seem hell bent on making sure that the mosque is built in the name of 'tolerance'.

Do you not realize exactly what this would do to the memory of those who died? Or do you not care? Yes, our Constitution does allow freedom of religion (not freedom FROM religion). No one is saying that a mosque cannot be built anywhere else. But why build it at Ground Zero to serve as a sort of memorial to those who took so many lives because of the way we Americans live? It is the same twisted logic that has islamic symbolism being built into the Flight 93 memorial here in Pennsylvania.

You speak of tolerance and acceptance. Americans have always been accepting and tolerant of those who come to this country to become citizens and enjoy the freedoms granted to us by God. Those who perpetrated the horrific acts on 9/11 were not tolerant or accepting of the principles this country was founded on. Why is it that people who have a problem with the location of this particular mosque are labeled as intolerant? Just as you say you have the right to erect this mosque at Ground Zero, we who disagree with the idea are just as free to voice our opinions against it. The Constitution does not include the right to not be offended by an opposing view.

Here's a suggestion and maybe some food for thought while you're sipping your lattes or bowing five times a day: How about opening up the cities of Mecca and Medina to us 'infidels' (as we non-muslims are called)? From my understanding, only muslims are allowed within these cities, so why not show us how tolerant and truly peace-loving muslims are by doing this? After all, the left is constantly saying just how peaceful and tolerant islam is, so why not put your money (dollars and riyals) where your mouth is? Open up the damned cities to everyone.

Should those of you who support the idea of this mosque win out and the mosque is built on sacred ground, rest assured that it will be just another log thrown on the fire that was ignited in the hearts of those who love this country on 9/11/2001. And we will NEVER forget all the affronts made to desecrate the memory of the innocents since...including this one.

May God continue to bless this great nation and all who love the freedom it affords.

Iran to Crack Down on Suntanned Women

Ah, yes. The glow of a suntan to add a little color to one's body. It's what many believe can add a healthy appearance to many when done in moderation. But not if you live in Tehran. Iranian women are being warned to stay out of the sun or face jail for violating the islamic dress code.

According to the NY Daily News, Iranian officials are threatening to arrest women (and men) who sport proof of their time in the sun citing that it violates the very dear islamic dress code that those cavemen love so much.

Tehran's police chief, Brig Hossien Sajedinia, made the following statement:

"The public expects us to act firmly and swiftly if we see any social misbehavior by women, and men, who defy our Islamic values," he said, the Telegraph reported. "In some areas of north Tehran we can see many suntanned women and young girls who look like walking mannequins."

"We are not going to tolerate this situation and will first warn those found in this manner and then arrest and imprison them."

Hymenoplasty: Arab Women Restoring Virginity

We've heard the stories. Muslim women (usually of Middle Eastern descent) being killed for disgracing their family "honor". The reasons for these "honor killings" have ranged from befriending boys (the nerve!) to being too westernized, and the number of women around the globe falling victim to this neanderthal mentality continues to increase.

In order to avoid the possible death penalty for not remaining a virgin until marriage, the BBC is reporting that many women are keeping their sex lives a secret and opting for a procedure known as 'hymenoplasty', a procedure where the hymen is reconnected to restore virginity and ensure blood being spilled on the marital sheets. The cost of the procedure is approximately 2,000 Euros and is done by Dr. Marc Abecassis, an Arab doctor practicing in Paris.

Dr. Abecassis has performed the procedure in some cases because a woman needs a certificate of virginity to marry. His average patient for the procedure is approximately 25 years old and from any social background. He adds:

"She can be in danger because sometimes it's a matter of traditions and family," says Dr Abecassis. "I believe we as doctors have no right to decide for her or judge her."

Thank Heaven that there are Arab men out there who have recognized the rights of women in that culture to live their lives without judgment. He's most likely in the minority. Noor, a young professional from Damascus, has another opinion.

"I know girls who went through this restoration and they were caught out on their wedding night by their husbands," he says. "They realised they weren't virgins. Even if society accepts such a thing, I would still refuse to marry her."

Those women are better off because of your opinion, pal. You're doing them a favor by choosing not to marry them, you troglodyte.

What is it going to take for the world to acknowledge a whole underclass of women who live in fear of their lives because of a mentality that pre-dates the dinosaurs? How many more women have to attempt or commit suicide because they feel that it's their only way out of being tortured to death in the name of "honor"? And how many more women have to live with the fear that they may be found out?

Until the world starts to speak out for these women who defy custom and Sharia Law, look for the numbers to increase.

Please pray for these women.

Fear of Sharia Law Drives British Teacher to Possible Suicide

Imagine this scenario: You are a beautiful, young woman from Britain. Wanting to do your part to better humanity, you take a teaching position at an international school in a muslim country. Your ex-boyfriend, for whatever reason, uploads provocative pictures to your Facebook account and tells a colleague of yours about them. The colleague then accuses you of prostitution in a country where Sharia Law is common. What do you do?

This is exactly what happened to 24-year-old Emma Jones (photo), a teacher in Abu Dhabi. Her former boyfriend, Jamie Brayley, allegedly stole some images of Emma from her computer and uploaded them to her Facebook page. Knowing that she could face potential jail time or death under Sharia Law, Ms. Jones drank a corrosive liquid in a possible suicide. I say "possible" because she apparently was found with her passport in her jeans and clothes ready to be packed as if to return to Britain.

From The Telegraph:

Deputy assistant coroner Thomas Atherton said he did not believe Mr Brayley was to blame for Miss Jones’s death.

Mr Atherton said he could not be sure Miss Jones, a sociology graduate, meant to kill herself and recorded an open verdict.

He said she may have accidentally drunk cleaning fluid from an unlabelled container, mistakenly believing it was water.

He said: "For whatever reason Emma expressed concern she was about to be arrested and put in prison.

"She agreed the best course of action was to leave Abu Dhabi and return to Britain. Her clothes were out and her passport was in her pocket.

“That's not someone who is contemplating suicide."

So here we have a young woman who just wanted to teach killing herself (allegedly; Vince Foster, call your office) because her ex-boyfriend decided to seek revenge in a country where women are possessions and have less rights than animals. And what better way to do it than to use the barbarism that is Sharia Law against her. The man is a scumbag of epic proportions.

We constantly hear about how islam is such a peaceful religion and that women really have nothing to fear under Sharia Law. Oh really? Then maybe those who support Sharia Law could explain why so many women are killed in so-called "honor killings" because they dared to live like a respectable human being with God-given rights. In Ms. Jones's case, however, she chose to take her own life in a horrific manner rather than face the torture that she believed was to be her punishment for nothing she did. Truly a sad story to tell.

While Emma Jones is only one story of fear of Sharia Law, the question remains: How many Emmas are there whose stories we don't hear? How many women commit suicide rather than face judgment by a group of Stone Age men with higher regard for their reputation than human life? I'd bet the numbers would amaze a rational person.

Lawyer for "Honor Killing" Dad: “How will it look for Christians to execute a Muslim?”

Noor al-Maleki was a gorgeous, young woman living in Arizona with her family. She loved Western culture and the freedom that this country offers. Unfortunately, her muslim father felt otherwise. The Iraqi-American father decided that his family's "honor" was more valuable than his own child and killed Noor by running over her with his car. She lingered for a short time after being struck.

Now, nearing trial for her MURDER in Arizona, prosecutors have shown to be reluctant in sentencing Faleh al-Maleki to death. Why? Because the scumbag's public defender that you and I are paying for have pitted Christians against muslims to avoid having his client pay with his own life.

From pajamasmedia.com, the Chesler Chronicles:

"[Public Defender] Billy Little asked the judge to “take special precautions to ensure the County Attorney’s Office wouldn’t wrongly seek the death penalty because Almaleki is a Muslim.” Little called for an “open process (to) provide some level of assurance that there is no appearance that a Christian is seeking to execute a Muslim for racial, political, religious or cultural beliefs,” referring to County Attorney Andrew Thomas’ Christian faith."

I'd love to meet this worm of an attorney. Is he kidding? He's asking a judge, most likely a believer in Christ, to make sure that no one from the D.A.'s office seeks the death penalty because of an appearance of religious intolerance?? How dare he. His client took the life of his own daughter because he hates Western civilization.

Does Mr. Little realize how intolerant his client's religion can be? Does he truly believe that a Christian would be given the same consideration under Sharia Law? If he does, he's an idiot, and no village would want him.

Faleh al-Maleki didn't kill a Christian; he killed a muslim. So why is his attorney so hell-bent on painting Christians as biased? Because it's the politically-correct chic thing to do. Period.

And fear not, dear reader. I'm equally as appalled with the D.A.'s office for not having the spine to stand up and say that this "custom" will NOT be tolerated in this country. Shame on them for not representing the safety and concerns of the people of Maricopa County. I'd guarantee that Sheriff Joe Arpaio wouldn't back down, and he represents the same people as the D.A. If they're going to back off of the death penalty in what is clearly a capital murder case, then why even have a frickin' trial? Let him and Mr. Little go sip lattes together and work it out. But I digress...

Noor al-Maleki will never again enjoy the blessings of this world because her father chose to impose his beliefs on this young woman. Now, just as he felt he was doling out justice, he must stop being a coward and face the justice of the people of Maricopa County.

Do you think I could get an application to push the plunger?

Medine Memi: Another Honor Killing Victim

In catching up with some news, I ran across this story via World Net Daily. The original article appeared on the website of The Gazette, a publication out of Canada.

It appears that another young life has been snuffed out under the guise of an "honor killing." A 16-year-old girl in southwest Turkey was buried alive by her father and grandfather for having boys as friends. Wouldn't want her to have any contact with males outside of an arranged marriage, right?

Forty days after she went missing in Kahta town, Turkey, authorities received a tip. Medine Memi's body was discovered in a two-meter deep hole in the family's chicken pen (see photo below). According to the report, she was in a kneeling, praying position with her hands tied when she was placed in the hole.

An anonymous expert made the following statement after the autopsy was done on Medine's body.

"The autopsy result is blood-curdling. According to our findings, the girl -- who had no bruises on her body and no sign of narcotics or poison in her blood -- was alive and fully conscious when she was buried," one anonymous expert said. [Emphasis mine -- B & G]

Also in the autopsy findings was the fact that Medine had a large amount of soil in her lungs and stomach, an indicator that the girl was very much breathing when they buried her. Imagine how she suffered while knowing that her fate was for the family name and reputation. My heart breaks.

Medine's father and grandfather have been arrested and jailed while awaiting trial. Her father testified that the family was unhappy that she had made male friends. Boo-frickin' hoo, Daddy!

Despite stories such as this, muslims still claim to be tolerant and peaceful. How ANY parent can do this to their child in the name of "honor" escapes me. Since when does what people think of the family take precedence over an irreplacable life that you helped create?? Children are a gift from God, not a badge of "honor" for a family's name.

Should Medine's father and grandfather be convicted, may I suggest digging a hole? Seems appropriate.

Publix Pulls 2010 Calendars Over Pearl Harbor Omission

The southern supermarket chain, Publix, has pulled their free 2010 calendars after receiving numerous complaints concerning the date of December 7. The calendars marked that day as the start of the Islamic New Year while omitting the remembrance of Pearl Harbor Day.

Joyce Kaufman, who broadcasts a radio talk show from Miami-Dade to Palm Beach counties, urged customers to call Publix if the calendar offended them. Her listeners responded en masse, and the calendar, filled with coupons, was pulled. Publix has no plans to reissue the calendar this year.

The free calendar has acknowledged holidays since 2005, the first year of its publication. While American holidays have been on the calendar, Publix has also published many overseas holidays on it, such as Puerto Rico Commonwealth Constitution Day and Haitian Flag Day.

Kimberly Jaeger, a spokeswoman for Publix, issued the following statement:

"We regret that the day of remembrance, Pearl Harbor, is not noted and as a result of customer feedback, we will add Pearl Harbor to next year's calendar."

She also says that days of remembrance were always excluded from the calendar due to the large number of holidays in a calendar year.

Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on American-Islam Relations, a Washington-based Muslim civil rights and advocacy group, charged that the calendar's protesters focused on the exclusion of the Pearl Harbor anniversary to exploit "the natural patriotism" of Americans and to "marginalize Muslims and demonize Islam." [No, Mr. Hooper, those who have sought to destroy western civilization in the name of Islam have demonized it. -- B &G]

Several Muslims phoned Publix, thanking the company for observing the Islamic New Year, Hooper said.

The supermarket chain plans on including both the Islamic New Year and Pearl Harbor Day on next year's calendars.

Find a Church Yet, Barack?

I mentioned this to my mother the other day as we were talking on the phone. I had told her that I believe BHO could very well be a closet muslim due to his actions on trips to the Middle East and the way he has pandered to the muslim jihadists at Gitmo. If ANYONE out there has iron-clad proof that he ISN'T muslim, I'd love to see it.

During the 2008 campaign for the job of POTUS, a lot was made of the fact that BHO and family sat in the pew at Jeremiah Wright's church and listened to his black separatist, anti-America views. Personally, I think that it was a legitimate issue. It spoke to character. If I had been sitting in a church that from day one preached such divisiveness, there wouldn't have been a day two let alone 20 years. But I digress...

When elected, the Obamas said that one of their first orders of business was going to be to find a church to attend. Many past presidents have attended church services over the years. Hell, Bill and Hill regularly attended services. What has been the big holdup in the Obamas finding a church? It isn't like there aren't any in Washington. Pick one!

One could very well look at a pattern that has emerged with this POSOTUS (Piece of S*** of the United States). He has spoken about how much he admires the muslim culture, bowed to muslim heads-of-state, and sympathized with those who wish death upon western civilization. Why? I know a lot of his family in Kenya are muslim, so maybe that's it. Or, he attended a madrassa in Indonesia as a child. Could that be where his uber-tolerance of muslims stems from? It is within the realm of possibility.

I would also like to point out the scrubbing of Jesus from the White House on Christmas. Traditionally, a nativity scene was placed in the East Room of the White House. This year, the Obamas said, "Nope!" Only after a small kerfuffle did they put it up in the East Room.

Last Monday, BHO made an appearance at a Boys and Girls Club in Washington, DC. He seemed to be a little uncomfortable as a few of the children in attendance mentioned the other Messiah.

How can we forget BHO's speech at Georgetown where he had the monogram "IHS" -- which symbolizes Jesus--covered up by a blue sheet (see photos below)? Georgetown officials said that they were complying with a request from the White House. What's the problem, dear leader? Didn't want to share the stage with the True Messiah?

Christmases past have been celebrated by past administrations in the church of their choice, but the vast majority have spent Christmas Eve in church. Unless someone put a church on a golf course in Hawaii, BHO and family weren't there. Why? If BHO and family don't believe in God, why not just say it? It would be at least one honest thing he'd have said.

It may seem like I'm making more of this than what there may be, but after hearing BHO say how important faith is to him, I'm wanting him to put his money where his mouth is. If it's so important to you, Barry, then pony up and pick a church. If it's not that important to you, just frickin' say so. We won't like it, but be honest if that's your stance.

Maybe BHO doesn't like the competition from Jesus.

Mosque to be Built Near Ground Zero

While New York City is still slated to host the trial of 9/11 planner and scumbag extraordinaire, Khalid Sheik Mohammed, Gateway Pundit is now reporting that a mysterious group has purchased a building adjacent to Ground Zero with the hopes of turning the building into a mosque. Should the plan go through, it will be one of the biggest mosques in NYC.

The old Burlington Coat Factory building already serves as a place where some muslims pray and worship. With 55,000 square feet of air rights, the plan is to turn it into something that is supposed to resemble the local YMCA. Funny...last time I was at the YMCA, I didn't see anyone strapping on a bomb belt. But I digress...

The imam of this mini-mosque, Feisal Abdul Rauf, told the New York Times that he hopes to spend $150 million to turn it into ‘’an Islamic center near the city’s most hallowed piece of land that would stand as one of ground zero’s more unexpected and striking neighbors.’’ Striking? As in striking U.S. targets? What a wienie!

Records show that the 60-year-old imam paid $4.85 million for the building -- IN CASH. The additional funding Rauf has allegedly secured comes from unknown sources, although many of the mosques across the country are funded either directly or indirectly by Saudi Arabia. This is the nation that spawned 15 of the 19 murderers who killed almost 3,000 innocent people on 9/11.

I would love to know who sold the building because it appears that they also sold their soul. While I embrace capitalism, there are some things you just don't do for money. And I suggest that building a mosque next to sacred ground where innocent people were slaughtered by a bunch of jihadists is one of those things.

Let's remember exactly what they did that day.

Indiana Second Graders: 'Allah is God'

In an effort to promote 'inclusiveness' at Lantern Road Elementary School in Fishers, Indiana, second graders were given a set of lyrics for the Christmas program that included the phrase "Allah is God."

The program included references to Christmas, Hannukah, Ramadan, Los Posadas, and Kwanzaa, yet the only deity mentioned was allah. Where's the inclusiveness?

The program was slated to have the students performing the following lyrics with regards to Ramadan:

“Allah is God, we recall at dawn,
Praying ‘til night during Ramadan
At this joyful time we pray happiness for you,
Allah be with you all your life through.”

But when it came to singing about Christmas, the lyrics changed.

“I didn’t know there was a little boy at the manger. What child is this?
I’m not sure if there was a little boy or not.
Then why did you paint one on your nativity window?
I just thought if there was a little boy, I’d like to know exactly what he (sic) say.

When complaints from parents started rolling in, the school did make the decision to scrap 'allah' from the lyrics. At least someone in the school district did the right thing in the end. Too bad it took parental pressure to do what's right. It boils down to an all-or-none situation if the program was to mention a deity. After all, this was supposed to promote 'inclusiveness', right?

Shariq Siddiqui of the Muslim Alliance of Indiana, not happy with the change, made the following statement:

“It’s unfortunate if that was removed from the program just because of Islamophobic feelings. Schools are a place where we should learn more about each other rather than exclude each other based on stereotypes and misconceptions.”

I wonder if Mr. Siddiqui had a problem with allah being the only deity mentioned in the program while God and Christ were left out. I assume not.

Micah Clark, of the Indiana American Families Association, said the following:

“What surprised me here is that we’ve had a secular scrubbing of Christmas for so long and the school apparently didn’t see the problem with kids singing to Allah,” he told FOX News Radio. “You won’t even mention Jesus and you’re going to force my child to sing about Allah? (This show) affirmed Islam and negated Christianity. I wouldn’t have had a problem if it had been equal to all faiths.”

I wonder where the ACLU was during all of this. My bet is that they were busy protesting a creche or menorrah somewhere.

No Christmas Cards for Rifqa

Things just keep getting worse in the case of Rifqa Bary, the islam apostate who fled her Columbus, Ohio, home for fear of the fate that could await her for converting to Christianity. Though her family has said that they have no issues with Rifqa's new faith, the actions of the Bary family lawyer say otherwise.

Omar Tarazi, a CAIR attorney representing Rifqa's parents, filed a motion in Franklin County court last week to ban Rifqa from receiving any Christmas cards through her attorneys and asking for confiscation of any cards the teenager may have already received. Tarazi cites that the Christmas cards are "dangerous to her health and safety".

No, Mr. Tarazi, I offer that returning her to her parents is dangerous to her health and safety.

From the Jawa Report comes the filing, leaked to them by, allegedly, a CAIR insider:

IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO DIVISION OF DOMESTIC RELATIONS AND JUVENILE BRANCH

IN THE MATTER OF:

FATHIMA RIFQA BARY,

AN ALLEGED DEPENDENT CHILD

Case No. 09 JU 11 14895

Judge: GILL

Magistrate: GOODRICH

MOTION TO ENJOIN COUNSEL FROM PASSING MESSAGES OF THIRD PARTIES DIRECTLY TO THE MINOR CHILD

Wherefore, now come Mohamed Bary and Aysha Risana Bary, the parents of Fathima Rifqa Bary, by and through counsel, Omar Tarazi, and move the Court to enjoin Fathima Rifqa Bary's attorneys from passing messages of third parties directly to the minor child without the approval and supervision of Franklin County Children Services; Petitioner moves the court to order Fathima Rifqa Bary and her attorneys to turn over all such communications in their possession or control to FCCS; that third party adults are not to be allowed to communicate with Fathima Rifqa Bary until an approved list is determined by FCCS after consultation with all parties. This motion is supported by the attached memorandum of law.

Omar Tarazi (0084165)
[Address and phone numbers removed]

MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT

1- Certain hate filled sites for bigotry and propaganda are advertising Fathima Rifqa Bary’s attorney, Angela Lloyd address as the approved mean for the readers of the sites to get messages delivered to Fathima Rifqa Bary under the guise of sending her “Christmas Cards.” http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/

2- The particular sites involved have been inciting hatred regarding the current case with such posts as, “Strickland is demented. He knows the fatal record of his Child Services department. Why did he insist that Rifqa be returned? She was perfectly safe and perfectly happy in Florida. Why did this tool of jihad force the hand of Florida? Strickland says a killer is innocent, but Rifqa is guilty of not submitting to the religion of misogyny, gender apartheid and slavery. There is a level of corruption and Islamic influence all the way up to Strickland’s office that is deeply troubling. He’s on their payroll…Are they medicating her [Rifqa Bary] under the “psychiatric evaluation” findings? Who knows? Do the Islamic apologists in the Ohio media even so much as question this fascism? Not a peep.” http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/

3- Allowing the readers of such sites to have a channel of communication to Fathima Rifqa Bary is dangerous to her health and safety. It also undermines the ability of Franklin County Children Services to do its job in supervising and protecting Fathima Rifqa Bary. The GAL for Fathima Rifqa Bary, FCCS and the parents of the minor child have a right to know when third parties are communicating to the minor child particularly when the third parties might endanger the health and safety of the minor child.

4- Therefore, for the safety and security of Fathima Rifqa Bary we ask the court to enjoin Fathima Rifqa Bary’s attorneys from passing messages to their client from third parties and order them to deliver all such communications in their possession or control for Fathima Rifqa Bary that have come from third parties to this action to FCCS and order Fathima Rifqa Bary to turn over any communications in her possession or control she has already received from third parties through her attorneys to FCCS; that third party adults are not to be allowed to communicate with Fathima Rifqa Bary until an approved list is determined by FCCS in consultation with all parties.

Omar Tarazi (0084165)
[Address and phone number removed]

Notice how the family, through their attorney, is trying to restrict just who gets to communicate with Rifqa? What happened to their claims that they will respect her faith?

In the crosshairs is Atlas Shrugs, the site by Pamela Geller that called attention to Rifqa's plight and the plight of other muslim women who have become victims of "honor killings." Had Pamela not taken on the task of exposing this aspect of the "religion of peace," we would have no idea what an "honor killing" is or who Rifqa Bary is. Kudos to Pamela!

Please add Rifqa to your Christmas card list this year. A hearing to settle the matter of Rifqa receiving Christmas cards will take place on December 22. Also at issue at this hearing is whether Rifqa is to be returned to her parents. Please continue to pray for her.

Radical Islamic Speaker at Fort Hood

Just one month after Nidal Hasan waged jihad on our troops at Fort Hood, the Army base welcomed Dr. Louay Safi last week. Safi was on base to speak to troops about to be deployed to Afghanistan. According to CBN News, the man who is a top official for the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) was dispatched to teach our soldiers about Islam before heading into Afghanistan.

How does this earn the label "radical?" In 2007, ISNA -- the group with Safi in a high position -- was named an un-indicted co-conspirator in a trial dealing with the funding of terrorism through the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). The HLF had five members convicted of funneling money into Palestine that allegedly wound up in the hands of Hamas.

Also during the trial of the HLF, evidence was provided by the prosecution that showed ISNA is very closely linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, a jihadist group that has paved the way for groups such as al Qaeda and Hamas.

Dr. Safi has also worked for a Saudi-funded organization called the International Institute of Islamic Thought. The Islamic think-tank, founded in 1981, espouses this overview on their site.

"The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is a private, non-profit, academic, cultural and educational institution, concerned with general issues of Islamic thought and education. The Institute was established in the United States of America in 1981 (1401 AH). It is independent of local politics, party orientations and ideological bias."

Anyone buying that last line??? Didn't think so.

In 1995, Safi is heard on an FBI wiretap talking to the convicted terrorist Sami al-Arian. al-Arian, a professor of computer science at the University of South Florida in Tampa, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to aid the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Ol' Sami boy is also a co-founder of ISNA. Let's see...who holds a high position within ISNA? Oh yeah. Dr. Safi, the man who spoke at Fort Hood last week.

A spokesman for the Army base told CBN News that "Safi was one of the faculty members during a seminar about Islam for the Army's 135th expeditionary unit. He said speakers are invited based on learning objectives, audience experience, and availability. The spokesman added that "organizers of the seminar were not aware of Safi's alleged association, but have had no issues or concerns over his presentations nor has any unit raised any."

ALLEGED association??? I think not. Seems pretty clear to me.

What the hell were Fort Hood officials thinking? One month after 14 were killed at the Army's largest base, they're now inviting the enemy to speak there. It's a disgrace.

PC has no frickin' place in our military!!!

Hasan's Imam and Bary Family Imam: The Ties That Bind

Rifqa Bary, the teenager who fled her muslim family over the summer for fear of being the victim of an 'honor killing,' continues to be a prisoner of the state of Ohio. In foster care, Rifqa's phone calls and internet usage are monitored as directed by the presiding judge in her case. I assume the ACLU is too busy trying to get a nativity scene removed from a public park somewhere to address this issue.

Though the Florida Department of Law Enforcement alleges no evidence of any danger posed to Rifqa from her family, this news tidbit says something very different.

According to Jihad Watch, the imam at the mosque where Rifqa's family is indoctrinated, I mean worships led a hajj to mecca in 2002 with the radical jihadist imam of Major Nidal Hasan, the nutjob who killed 14 and wounded over 30 in a shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. But Rifqa's not in danger. No....we all know islam is such a peaceful religion.

The latest proposal by the agencies in charge of handling Rifqa's case in Ohio says that Rifqa and her family should meet to discuss their respective religions in order to promote "understanding" between the two. This attitude is part of the reason we've had 'honor killings' in Arizona and Buffalo and why 35+ families will never be the same again. The only "understanding" we need of islam is that infidels must die. Period. It wasn't the Swedish Bikini Team that hijacked four planes and killed 3,000 innocent people on 9/11.

It's tough to get some Americans to see that we are waging a jihad against a philosophy that promotes the barbaric notion of sharia law. What will it take? Will it take an act of terrorism on the part of some martyr wannabe that affects their families? How about having their children recite koran verses in school to promote "understanding"? The kumbaya crowd has no clue about the very real danger the West faces from the fascist regimes of muslim countries.

Despite the willingness of the left -- particularly the muslim-in-chief -- to capitulate to those who call us 'islamophobes,' there are those who get it. Our brave soldiers who continue to fight for the freedom of people to live in a free country instead of a theocracy get it. Those families who lost loved ones on 9/11 and at Fort Hood get it. And one very brave teen in Ohio gets it.

On December 22, 2009, another rally will be held in Columbus, Ohio, in support of Rifqa Bary. This is the day where another hearing will be held to determine whether she returns to her family. Depending on the ruling, she could immediately be handed over to her potential killers.

Please continue to pray to God the Father that He continues to protect and bless Rifqa. Thank you.

For Those Who Still Doubt Islam's Intentions...

Despite the numerous incidents and stories written about whether islam teaches hate, there are many out there who believe that islam is a peaceful religion whose sole purpose is to worship allah and live in harmony with the rest of the world. Those are the people who need to see this.

The annual hadjj to mecca has recently finished up. Millions of muslims from around the world descended upon the islamic holy site to offer their prayers to allah. Listen to just how much peace they prayed for.

Anyone still not convinced?

Ft. Hood Killer's Imam: 'Islam Not Responsible'

Still trying to wrap my brain around the senseless and cowardly act perpetuated on Thursday at Fort Hood, I decided to see what information I could find on Nidal Malik Hasan's spiritual leader, or imam, after he made the announcement on Friday during prayer that Islam bears no responsibility of the acts of Hasan.

"We offer our condolences and prayers to the families that have a person who died," said Imam Mohammed Abdullahi over loud-speakers that carried the weekly Muslim prayer to several hundred worshippers gathered at the mosque in Silver Spring, Maryland, where Hasan was a member.

"Islam is not responsible," he stressed.

Okay...while Islam itself may not be responsible (and those of you who know me know that I don't believe THAT), what about the interpretations of the Quran that these radicals teach in the mosques? Did I just call Abdullahi a "radical?" You bet your sweet ass I did. When you read about this scumbag, you may just agree.

According to the website of the Muslim Community Center (MCC) where Abdullahi is the imam, this teacher of the "religion of peace" holds a diploma in SHARIA from the National Somali University in Mogadishu. How much more radical can that be? The site also says that he provides guidance and support to the community in the matters of Sharia Law. In short, this guy believes women who are raped commit a crime and should be executed.

Abdullahi allegedly started his budding jihadist career at the tender age of 11 when he supposedly memorized the Quran. From there, he went on to study and gain full understanding of hadith (prophetic sayings) and fiqh (Islamic justice). When combined, hadith and fiqh provide the foundation for Sharia Law, according to IslamOnline.net.

Since 1987, Abdullahi has taught at various mosques and madrasahs. That's right. Get them while they're young. But hey...this humanitarian also worked with inmates at the Southern Maryland Pre-Release Unit (SMPRU) where he organized the Islamic Outreach Program. Prisons have become recruitment centers for radical Islam over the years, and it seems that everyone's favorite imam was there to help with the effort. Hell of a guy, eh?

Also in this dirtbag's illustrious career is his stint as director of Dar-ul-Nur, The Islamic Institution for Somali Muslim Community in Falls Church, Virginia. You see, Abdullahi is proficient in Arabic, Somali, Swahili, and English. While at the Somali school, he taught courses in beginner and advanced Arabic for adults and also gave weekly tafsirs (editorials) and lectures on fiqh. But this was just his way of reaching out to the community in the name of peace, right? We all know how peaceful Somalia is when they torture and kill Christians for not converting to Islam. Let's bring that "peace" here!!! Scumbag.

Some of Abdullahi's other pupils at the mosque offered their views on the Fort Hood massacre.

"It's very sad, a big tragedy for everybody," said another worshipper, Ibrahim Gayi.

"We pray for everybody, all Americans, not only Muslims," he said.

Gayi also added:

"It's got to be something mental," said Gayi.

"These guys who go and come back from war, they need help," he said.

Mr. Gayi....Hasan had spent his whole career at Walter Reed Hospital, so don't tell me he suffered from PTSD when he had never left the confines of this country. Granted, our brave soldiers who go and fight deserve every bit of help from us; Mr. Hasan does not. He gave up that privilege when he showed us what he truly believes.

And his beliefs were fostered in part by the teachings of his imam.

Noor Faleh Almaleki: Angel

By now, many of you have read that Noor Faleh Almaleki, the young woman run over by her father in an apparent "honor" incident, has died from her injuries. She was 20. Her father claims that he did it because Noor had adopted too many Western ideals and wasn't following closer to the family's traditional Iraqi values. You know, traditional values like living as a possession of a man, showing too much ankle, or maybe even undergoing female circumcision.

Faleh Almaleki, the girl's father, was arrested in Atlanta after being sent there when he was denied entry into (where else?) Britain. The question I posed on another site was this. If these heinous crimes are all in the name of "honor," why do they try and flee? You'd think they'd be proud to say "I defended our family's honor." But they're cowards. Each and every scumbag who does this sort of thing.

Noor seemed to be living the typical life of an American youngster. Beautiful and dreaming the American dream, she seemed to be living the kind of life today's youth take for granted. According to some reports, Noor even had pages on Facebook and MySpace and had a lot of friends on those sites. But now, that is all a moot point. And, of all people, her own father is to blame.

How much longer will the supporters of this neanderthal culture continue to deny the fact that women are being killed in the name of "honor?" We've seen instance after instance in this country alone, yet it is touted as an anomaly within Muslim culture. Can you imagine how often this happens in countries who don't have the judicial system we do? Sharia law has no place in a civilized society.

And just where is the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)? The group, who came to prominence after the 9/11 attacks, seems to be sitting out on this issue. They want us to "understand" Muslim culture and deny that Islam teaches what we see in burning buildings and mangled bodies, but I've yet to hear one peep about their outrage in "honor killing" incidents. They are equal to those who denied any atrocities while the Nazis rounded up people and killed them. Noor's blood and the blood of "honor killing" victims are just as much on their hands as those who carried out these egregious acts.

Noor is now free from the oppression she endured in this world. Sadly, it took the act of a coward for her to be emancipated.

Rest peacefully, dear angel.

Rifqa Back in Ohio

Rifqa Bary, the teen who fled her Muslim family in Ohio for fear of being the victim of an "honor killing" for converting to Christianity, has now arrived back in Ohio after being transported from Florida.

Now in the custody of the Franklin County Children Services in Columbus, Rifqa has been ordered to undergo counseling while staying with a foster family. To make matters worse, Children Services petitioned for and won the right to monitor the girl's telephone and Internet use citing that it was her Facebook interaction that contributed to "her problems." Ummmm....Fourth Amendment? Hello???

Since when is Rifqa the one with "problems?" And what exactly does the state consider a "problem?" Believing in Christianity? Fearing a brutal death at the hands of her family? Why does the state seem so willing to believe the father in this case? Maybe for fear of offending someone of the Muslim faith?

Last week, an Arizona man of Muslim belief tried to kill his daughter by running her over with his SUV. Her crime was becoming "too westernized." And yet the supporters of Islam keep denying that "honor killings" happen. Oh really?
  • January 1, 2008 -- Amina and Sarah Said were shot dead in Irving, Texas, on New Year’s Day. Police are searching for their father, Yaser Abdel Said, on a warrant for capital murder.

The girls’ great aunt, Gail Gartrell, told reporters, “This was an honor killing.” She explained that Yaser Said had long abused the girls, and after discovering that they had boyfriends, had threatened to kill them -- whereupon their mother fled with them. “She ran with them,” said Gartrell, “because she knew he would carry out the threat.” But Said found them, and apparently did carry it out.
  • July 6, 2008 -- A Pakistani named Chaudhry Rashid strangled his 25-year-old daughter San- deela Kanwal with a Bungee cord in her bedroom because she wanted to end her arranged marriage. This “honor killing” came not in Pakistan, but in Jonesboro, Ga. – a suburb 16 miles outside Atlanta.

At his arraignment, Rashid said through an Urdu interpreter that he was “not in the state of mind to talk because of the death of his daughter,” but stated “I have done nothing wrong.”

  • February 12, 2009 -- Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was found dead on Thursday at the offices of Bridges TV in Orchard Park, N.Y., near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, has been charged with second-degree murder. Aasiya was beheaded.

"She was very much aware of the potential ramification her filing for divorce might have," said attorney Elizabeth DiPirro, whose law firm, Hogan Willig, represented Aasiya Hassan in the divorce proceeding. "But she wanted to proceed despite the potential for it to erupt."

  • October 20, 2009 -- Peoria police are looking for a Glendale, Arizona, man who allegedly ran over his 20-year-old daughter and another woman in the Department of Economic Security parking lot Tuesday.

Faleh Hassan Almaleki, 48, was reportedly angry at his daughter, Noor Faleh Almaleki, for becoming ‘too westernized’ and not living according to their traditional Iraqi values.

When will it stop? Will it take the blood of Rifqa Bary being shed in martyrdom to finally make people realize that "honor killing" occurs in this country? I pray not.

Governor Charlie Crist of Florida may need not worry about his political career. Should Rifqa be martyred, it'll be the blood on his hands that will be his bigger worry. He's had every opportunity to use whatever legal avenue at his disposal to save this girl, yet he has chosen not to intervene.

Also at fault would be the ACLU. Let me ask a question. If this had been a 17-year-old who had run away from a Christian home to practice Islam, would the ACLU be as silent as they've been in Rifqa's case? Absolutely not. They'd be in court daily to petition for the youngster's "freedom of religion." Why haven't they fought for Rifqa's right to practice Christianity freely and without fear?

Rifqa: May God the Father protect you and keep you safe. At the end of this chapter of your life, you will have taught us how to be brave in the face of adversity. I pray for the strength you've shown. God bless you and keep you always.

Please, dear readers, pray that Rifqa is kept safe by the loving hands of God.

Rifqa Bary Ordered Back to Ohio

A judge in Florida has determined that Ohio holds jurisdiction over the Rifqa Bary case and has ordered that the teenager be sent back to her parents in Ohio.

Rifqa's story first came to light through Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs. Geller has been a champion of women who have endured torture or been slaughtered in "honor killings" from their Muslim husbands. Not one to back away from her stance on the issue, she got the word out about Rifqa's plight.

Rifqa Bary ran away from home in Ohio in July of this year for fear of being killed by her Muslim family for converting to Christianity. Since then, a legal battle had ensued in Florida as to whether the teen should be sent back to Columbus, Ohio. Rifqa maintains that, at the very least, she will either be sent back to her family's native Sri Lanka and institutionalized or, in the worst case scenario, killed to protect family honor because she is an apostate of Islam. Bary has begged for her life and truly believes that her fate is sealed should she return to her parents.

While the transfer of custody is not immediate, it could happen within a week or by October 23, when the judge has ordered that immigration status be proven and that Rifqa be allowed to continue her virtual schooling through the Florida school she now gets her education from, receiving credit in Ohio. Once these conditions are met, she goes back.

It is expected that Rifqa will be placed in foster care in Ohio when she returns, and both her and her parents are to undergo psychiatric evaluations.

My only comment on this story? Should one hair on her head be harmed by her family or their actions, Judge Daniel Dawson, Governor Charlie Crist, and those who fought to get her back to Ohio will be just as guilty as those who carry out any act of violence directed at Rifqa for her apostasy.

Please continue to pray for this beautiful girl. I have a sinking feeling that she's going to need it.

Pamela Geller Speaks

Pamela Geller, of the website Atlas Shrugs, is one gutsy lady. Pamela has extensively covered the story of Rifqa Bary, the young Christian girl who fled her Ohio home for fear of being killed in an Islamic "honor killing" by her family.

In this video, Pamela does an excellent job of laying it all out on the table. The common sense she speaks is so refreshing in a world headed for chaos. As I watched, I found myself agreeing with so much of what she says that there is nothing I can add.

Though a little over ten minutes long, this video will brighten your day.

Flight 93: A Powerful Tribute

With the eight-year anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on American soil fast approaching, I wanted to pay tribute to the heroes of United Flight 93. Shanksville is not far from where I live, so this aspect of that horrible day is very close to my heart.

I remember that day as one that started off in a typical manner. I got the boys up and out the door to school. While outside on the porch for a cig, I couldn't help but notice what a beautiful day it was. A cloudless sky with moderate temperatures. It was perfect.

I came inside when I heard the phone ring. It was my step-father. "Do you have the t.v. on? A plane just hit the World Trade Center." I tuned in just in time to see the second plane hit the towers.

We chatted briefly and decided to hang up and follow the events unfolding before our eyes. Minutes later, he called again to tell me that a plane had crashed near Somerset, Pennsylvania. My step-sister's husband was an EMT and had heard the news over the scanner. I felt violated and confused. My first reaction was to go get my boys from school. Should I? Do they really know how much I love them? Will they be safe? These thoughts consumed me. I prayed to God to keep them safe until they returned home.

As we got more news over the following days, I came to realize just what kind of special people were on that plane. The story of the soldiers who enlisted in mid-flight came to symbolize what makes this country great. Free people thinking free thoughts decided to take a stand and protect their beloved country from the evil that had overtaken the cockpit.

Unfortunately, the memorial now being built to honor those brave men and women is also going to remember the terrorists who killed 40 innocent people. There are too many symbolic references built into the design for me to go into, but I highly recommend the book Crescent of Betrayal: Dishonoring the Heroes of Flight 93. If you want a brief synopsis of the controversy, here is the link to the website. It'll keep the anger alive.

While I continue to pray for all the lives lost on that day (except for the terrorist dirtbags), I do not want their memory being put side by side with those who killed them. I found this great video tribute on youtube. As you watch, please remember those who fought and won the first battle against Islamic fascism.

Let's Roll.
